SALES MANAGER

We are a public listed company and a subsidiary of a multinational integrated healthcare group, currently operating with 25 branches all over Indonesia. SALES MANAGER (SM)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage the sales function, develop and monitor sales target achievement of related principal for all branches.
• Translate strategy into action plans for continued sales and profit growth.
• Competency in principals relationship is a must.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership & relationship skills, business mindedness, good strategic and analytical thinking, and negotiation skills, able to perform under pressure result or target oriented, able to work in team, self motivated, & customer service.
• Experience and proven to be a high achiever for related position above in pharmaceutical distribution or consumer goods companies for at least 3 years.
• Good S1 degree related disciplines from recognized institution max. 45 years old.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and computer literate are a must.
• Required language(s): English.
